However, our customer service center replied to the customer’s email timely and, offered a partial refund to mitigate customer’s loss. However, in his second email the customer stated that “the item was broken in multiple ways. ” Besides, he also asserted that “the item is unusable and therefore a refund less than 30% cannot be considered.” Therefore, we offered an increased refund tothe customer.
However, the buyer did not reply to our customer service but left a negative feedback rather than continued any further communication with us to reach a solution.

遇到差评(Negative Feedback)该怎么办
1、冷静和判断差评的责任归属,到底是自身出问题还是客户恶意差评。
2、差评后面都有一个RESOLVE按钮,点击RESOLVE了解解决差评的具体方案。注意,只有当买家的评价为1星或2星时,RESOLVE才可用。
3、产品出现差评,一定要做记录,把一个月所产生的差评的产品列出来,分析总结,原因出在哪里,做出有针对性的解决方案。
4、遇到差评,除了常规的邮件沟通,最好能够电话沟通,提升处理差评的效率。
5、公司根据自身产品,提前做预案,遇到什么样的差评该如何处理?业务员可以索赔的额度是多少,最好每一个差评都有主管审查,有对应的差评监督机制。
6、建立差评修改奖励机制,每解决一个差评,给予业务员一定的奖励。比如,产品质量的差评,处理完毕奖励50元。物流产生的差评,处理完奖励30元。通过这些激励手段来促进业务员改善管理评级。
7、可以通过软件来提升解决差评的效率。

2、选择Your Orders.
3、下拉右边的日期范围选择订单日期,然后点击GO。
4、找到您的订单位置,在左侧Order Placed日期下点击View Order Details查看订单详情。
5、页面拉到Your Seller Feedback,点击Remove。
6、选择一个移除评价的原因,点击Remove Feedback移除评价。
备注:买家将有90天评价期限和60天的移除期限。如果评论旁边没有Remove(删除)按钮,说明60天移除期已过。
亚马逊可以删除的差评
1、The feedback includes obscene language. 评论含有粗俗语言。
2、The feedback include seller-specific personally identifiable information,including e-mail addresses,full names,or telephone numbers. 评论含有卖家私人身份信息,包括邮箱地址,姓名和电话号码。
3、The entire feedback comment is a product review. 评价全部都是评价产品。
